In 2015, longtime partners Randy Lubben and Mark Slater of 266 Seed Service teamed up with Mark Bents and Dusty Neugebauer. With the expanded team came a new name: 266 Ag Service. Because we do more than sell seed — we offer complete ag solutions.
As a four-person Pioneer agency, we boast nearly a century of experience among our members.
Mark Bents spent 20 years on the research side of agronomy. He worked in plant breeding and soybean production before becoming a Pioneer sales representative. He’s been selling seed for 10 years and considers finding answers to grower’s questions the most rewarding part of the job.
Randy Lubben has been selling seed for more than three decades. In all his years of experience, ____ remains what he enjoys most.

Community Involvement
The entire 266 Ag Service team takes great pride in supporting our community. The agency sponsors multiple youth sports teams, supports the local 4H and FFA chapters, and sponsors an annual race at <local track name>.
